Shaquilla Lunsford

Shaquilla (shuh-kee-luh) M. Lunsford, or better known as "The Dragon Queen", is known for writing fantasy worlds full of romance, magic, and majestic creatures. She enjoys the complexity and creativity required to develop an entirely new world with its own set of rules and characters. With her love of dragons, they usually make an appearance in both her writing and daily life. She also draws inspiration from Greek and Roman mythology to create some creatures and characters, and sheer imagination for others. Despite Shaquilla's passion for fantasy, poetry is her first love, and those incorporated in her books are usually her own. Shaquilla currently lives in North Carolina with her "mini zoo", consisting of reptiles, a cat, and a dog.
